Just wanted to make one post that was not an angry rant.

In retrospect, I realize that means I have nothing to say right now.

Ok so we all hate automated phone prompts.
I hate them more than you, trust me.
As much as we all hate them, they are not extremely complicated. It is also not that hard to bypass them.
Also the person you talk to when you lose the fight with the automation does not give a damn that you lost.

Seriously.

…..Really not kidding.

Now a vast majority of automated phone prompts tell you which button presses get you a live person. The ones that don’t take a wrong button press as an attempt to get out of the prompt and then ask if you want a live person. About 90% of the time you can just press 0 anyway. Its just kinda sad when you say you were stuck with the automated system for over an hour.

And its still ok to hate automated phone prompts after today’s lesson.
