The Monkey, The Myspace

Indeed.

Now that the full site is up, first order of business is to generate traffic, and direct it toward this place.

Monkeysite

The Simian now has a myspace….Why the hell not, you know.

Monkeyspace

Got the idea dealing with a dimwit the other day. When the persons roommate stormed out of the room infuriated and cursing like a sailor, it just popped in my head. I had not heard such colorful language since the last time I was on that site.

Keep Your Mouth Shut

So when you are violating the terms of service agreement with a company, don’t call them up and tell them. Even when the person is nice enough to advise you not to mention it again, do not argue with the person and request to speak to someone higher up….just to tell someone who will do something about you violating those terms.

Also if you are using illegal programs….sssssh. Support calls are recorded, and some can be used if piracy hating organizations decide they do not like you anymore.

When in doubt, play dumb. If you act like you don’t know, sometimes they let you slide.

Home Network

Jun 3 2007 / 7:20 pm Was written by Amber View Comments

If one has more than one device that uses the internet hooked up together, it is a network.

Networks don’t mean you are running a business.

A vonage/lingo (whatever else) phone connected to your single computer, is considered a network because it is more than one device NETWORKED together, using your internet connection.

Let’s go over this one more time.

More than one box=network.

None of them even need to be connected to the internet, but that helps the layman definition.

Since the last entry I’ve taken lots of time out for meditation and reflection, so I don’t end up having an aneurysm during an entry. Cannot guarantee how long it will last.
