Personally, I was never planning on even acknowleding the facebook feature that recently rolled out called “People You May Know”. I do not spend much time on facebook other than to participate in discussion groups about Doctor Who and Torchwood and the occasional event invite. Once past the million application invitations of friends I already have and am tempted to block from sending me the crap, it greatly annoys me that the site wants to hoist people upon me that I already did not like enough to add to my friends list.

Being only in a few networks and only adding people I honestly consider to be my friends, I know 98% of the people on the list—I dislike at least 60% and the feature works my nerves.
