Microsoft Might Threaten to Take Hostages

Microsoft really really really wants to acquire Yahoo. Yahoo keeps refusing to be bought and this makes Microsoft upset. Now the folks in charge at Microsoft are dropping an ultimatum on Yahoo. I can totally see a third party company negotiating a hostage situation in my head next. It either be that or kidnapping.
