With more and more people climbing on torrents and just obtaining music instead of paying for it, the news of Napster ditching DRM is not that big of a deal to me. Even though I do not use torrents for anything due to horrible personal experiences, I’ve been on the SpiralFrog train since it launched. It may be DRM-ed, but its free.

I am not saying that everyone should stop purchasing music altogether since there are a few albums here and there that I do feel the need to drop cash on. I’m a cheapskate, free is just better.
