Today there is a beta of Photoshop Express on the loose. Free Photoshop online so you no longer have to suck at it. It is not as fantastic as some of the freebies that have been designed to compete with Photoshop, but its out there for the newbies to enhance their videos. According to Adobe, when the beta is over they plan to have support for Flickr to make it even easier.

There is currently a limit on the pics to a certain size, but other than that it seems like something fun to play with for novices and lazy folks. Google has a similar project in the pipe and alot of folks that use Flickr use Picnik , but it will sure help the Adobe crew score some new customers and maybe (crossing fingers) their other software can have the price pared down a bit.
