Having recently been shackled to a low budget multi-person cubicle forced to listen to people growl at me because they were too stupid to get to their email due to their inability to spell their own name, this is hiliarious. There is a Japanese company called Digital Technologies that is working on creating software that will rank callers on a scale of 1-7 of happy to pissed. Unfortunately, no details as to what the system does to the folks that are stark raving mad, but its bloody funny to me regardless. “You seem to be upset with your service, your concerns are very important to us, please continue to hold.” …If only I knew Japanese…
