On the occasional one off chance I go out with some friends (yeah, you heard me, I do have friends,) and we grab a bite to eat, we have a tendency to share what we got amongst one another. Obviously this causes some issues though with proportions and the very often uneven number of cheese sticks.

So I brought forth an old game of chance some years ago, a game I learned from a family member long lost. Simple premise really, six six-sided die, pick a number you want to wager on and how many rolls it’ll take to make them all reach that number (max of 6 tries,) each die that hits it is taken out of the game for that round. Whomever completes this trial in the shortest number of attempts wins.

An example would be this, I pick the number 4 and offer to have all six die hit that number within 3 rolls. First roll I have three 4’s and they are removed, 2nd roll I have another 4 and it is also removed, last roll though, so sad, I missed. Now if the other person says “3 in 6 rolls” and makes it in that many or less, then the last cheese stick goes to them. If there is more than one person, then it goes to the first person to match their goal numbers, or whoever came closest after a predetermined number of rounds.

So save yourself the long involved process of deciding “No  you take it, NO YOU TAKE IT! LISTEN I SAID FRAKING TAKE THE FRELLING CHEESE STICK!” and let fate decide who gets the bigger piece of pie.
